Return Shipping Policy

  • For regular returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, NeoStep.pk will cover the return or replacement shipping.

Inspection & Approval

Once your returned product reaches our warehouse:

  • It undergoes a quality check to confirm it meets return criteria.

  • If approved, your return will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • If rejected, the product will be sent back to you.

Refund or Exchange Options

After approval, you can choose between:

  • Refund (processed through your original payment method), or

  • Store credit / exchange on NeoStep.pk

Refunds do not include original delivery charges (unless the product was faulty or wrong).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn footwear

  • Customized or final-sale products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
NeoStep.pk will handle the replacement or refund process at no extra cost.
