Products that are used, damaged, or missing packaging are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method or via store credit, depending on your preference.

Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, customers pay the return shipping cost.

If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged product, NeoStep.pk covers the return or replacement shipping.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds cannot be issued for:
