Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags.

  • The product passes our quality inspection after being returned.

Products that are used, damaged, or missing packaging are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To apply for a refund:

  1. Contact NeoStep.pk support via email or WhatsApp.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund.

  3. Attach clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our team will verify the request and guide you through the return process.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method or via store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns, customers pay the return shipping cost.

  • If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged product, NeoStep.pk covers the return or replacement shipping.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Products that show signs of use or wear

  • Items returned without packaging or tags

  • Customized or final-sale items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Damaged or Wrong Product Refunds

If the product arrives broken, faulty, or incorrect, you must report it within 48 hours with photos/videos.
In such cases, NeoStep.pk will offer either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free replacement, depending on your choice and product availability.
