Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Product must be unused, clean, and in original packaging.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchange is allowed for size issues, design changes, or manufacturing faults.

Exchange Process

  • Contact us with order number + reason.

  • Send the item back to our warehouse.

  • Once received and verified, your exchange will be processed.

Exchange Shipping Charges

  • Customer pays return shipping for size/design changes.

  • NeoStep.pk pays if the product delivered was wrong or defective.
